It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. We also accept a wide range of insurance, including Blue Cross, Delta Dental, Metlife, and Prudential. Before you start treatment, our financial consultants will explain to you the financial arrangements and your estimated insurance coverage clearly and patiently.
There are three main financial arrangements that we offer to patients when the initial payment has been received:
- You can receive a discount if you pay in full before treatment starts.
- You can divide the remaining balance of your total treatment fee among 18 to 24 months.
- You can send us a check monthly, authorize us to place a monthly charge on your credit card, or authorize us to receive the payment directly from your checking account.
- If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
