Highest recommendation for the Doctors and Staff at OrthoWorks. I'm an adult braces wearer (55 years old when I started). They clearly put a lot of time into customer service, the staff is consistently the best. The orthodontists are 1st rate. I checked out several other local orthodontists before starting with OrthoWorks. The quality of their service was better from the initial assessment on and his pricing was competitive. All the orthodontists have been excellent, the staff friendly, responsive, and professional. My braces are now off, my bite is significantly improved, no regrets, absolutely worth it, even at my age. I marked "moderate" on cost, because they were less than others I checked out, whose costs were prohibitive.

Dr. David Shen and associates are very good doctors. I love how they give a 110% to their patients and I always left with a smile. I am a current patient of Dr. David Shen, and I must say, if all orthodontists were as kind and compassionate as he and his terrific staff is, then it would make visits to the office very pleasant, instead of the typical "ANXIETY" that one would feel going to other offices. Just recently, I had my braces removed, and received the biggest compliments from my family and my co-workers. They couldn't stop staring and asking me to smile every chance I get....a lot of that is due to the ease and comfortable service I've received from Orthoworks. They billed our insurance and worked with us to create an affordable payment plan. The doctors and assistants are gentle and friendly and our teeth look AWESOME! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me out a great deal when I had braces. They charge a very reasonable price that is affordable. The treatment went very well and it didn't seem as painful as I thought it would have been. The results I got were fantastic! In the end, I have beautiful straight teeth!!!
